You just need 10 minutes.

Relaxation isn’t a luxury—it’s a practice

New research shows that even a quick shoulder rub (or sitting quietly) can activate your body’s relaxation system. Heart rate variability improves. Stress levels drop. Massages work best—but simple rest helps, too.

Try This:
Next time tension creeps in, set a timer for 10 minutes. Let your shoulders drop. Sit still. Focus on your breath.
